Many of our patrons who have limited freezer space, fewer mouths to feed, or prefer to make a smaller investment choose to split a quarter, which is a great idea, particularly if you and a friend decide to partner ahead of time. Even if you do not, please do not worry! We usually have a handful of customers every delivery who just want half quarters so odds are very good that we will be able to match you up. (In the unlikely event that we cannot match a pair, preference will have to be given to those placing full orders.)

A $100 deposit secures your share of locally raised, grass-fed and grass-finished beef, which is then dry-aged for real flavor. On delivery day, you and a fellow patron will divide 50/50 a full quarter of premium cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, brisket, ribs, and more. The deposit reserves your portion and will be applied toward the final purchase price at processing. Pick-up will be in Greensboro at time and location to be announced unless otherwise arranged. Please bring 2 large (2x2x2 ft) coolers and settle your balance by Venmo or check at pickup.
